 Prompt Response: Watching the film deepens my understanding of the book because it allows me to understand McCandless in different ways. IN the book he is different than he is in the film. One main difference between the movie and book is how McCandless is presented. In the book its in order but in the movie it jumps back and forth about his life.

Reflection: I learned the difference between the movie and book.

  Prompt Response:  I want to go to Greece and explore. I would like to go for a couple of weeks and explore Europe in general. But most of all I want to go to Greece. It is very beautiful and very nice architecture. So if I had to pick I would want to go to Greece.  Summary: We did a work sheet and read a poem.   Prompt Response:  I felt connected to nature one time when I hiked up a mountain. I felt connected to nature during this moment because I was outside for a long period of time. On the hike I also got to see many different types of flowers and animals. I saw animals like peoples dogs, squirrels, and bugs. This hike made me feel connected to nature because It showed me what nature really looks like.  Summary: Today we went over the basics of American lit and Native Americans. Reflection:  I learned about myths from Native Americans.
