 Prompt Response: I felt connected to nature one time when I hiked up a mountain. I felt connected to nature during this moment because I was outside for a long period of time. On the hike I also got to see many different types of flowers and animals. I saw animals like peoples dogs, squirrels, and bugs. This hike made me feel connected to nature because It showed me what nature really looks like. 

Summary: Today we went over the basics of American lit and Native Americans.

Reflection: I learned about myths from Native Americans.

  Prompt Response:  Overall the poem poster i enjoyed the most was Angus's. I think his poem was smooth and it transitioned very well all together. His poem poster also had very good lines that rhymed and flowed all together. Also it was very funny the lines he used. I believe he should've won, but he didn't. L learned he also loves basketball because he made it about basketball.  Summary: Today in class we presented our poem posters and did a work sheet on vocabulary.  Reflection:  Today I learned new words and what they mean from our vocabulary work.
