When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 Prompt Response: When I am in a bad mood or annoyed I tend to be quiet and try to keep to myself. I do this because its my problems and no one else. I normally just go on my phone and relax. Also maybe I will go to sleep and just keep to myself and make sure I am okay and try to be better the next day. 

Summary: Today in class we worked on an assignment and learned new words. I also took my make up test for the vocab. 

Reflection: I learned new words and the meaning of them.
