 Prompt Response: One tradition my family does is we go to a fancy restaurant during winter break around Christmas time. We do this every year before Christmas normally and it is super nice. For example we have gone to Chops a steak house downtown and this year we are going to bones another steak house downtown. So not many traditions but its nice to go to a fancy dinner around Christmas time. 

Summary: Today in class we worked on our projects and blog post.

Reflection: I learned more about the poem I have to say.

  Prompt Response:  I have always been curious about the origin of the universe. I have always wondered about the start of life. Like what it was like and how people lived back then. Also hoe people were made and what they did back then. I want to know how everything started and how the origin of the Earth was created.   Summary: Today in class we made our first paragraph about the claim we picked on Thursday. Reflection:  I learned the format of the first paragraph when talking about a claim.

  Prompt Response:  Overall the poem poster i enjoyed the most was Angus's. I think his poem was smooth and it transitioned very well all together. His poem poster also had very good lines that rhymed and flowed all together. Also it was very funny the lines he used. I believe he should've won, but he didn't. L learned he also loves basketball because he made it about basketball.  Summary: Today in class we presented our poem posters and did a work sheet on vocabulary.  Reflection:  Today I learned new words and what they mean from our vocabulary work.
