Describe a time that you had an encounter with a homeless person, either directly or indirectly. What did you think and how did it make you feel?

 Prompt Response:  One time I have been encountered by a homeless person was when I was downtown walking. All they asked for was for some money. I told them I had no cash and they didn't bother me anymore. I think a lot of people are scared of them but they are really harmless and don't do much. Another time the same thing happened but I was driving. He came to my window and a just mouthed I have no money. 

Summary: Today in class we read and answered questions from a new story. 

Reflection: Today I learned a new story about homeless people and that they aren't scary.

  Prompt Response:  One time someone always told be to be confident and be brave. This has always impacted me because if you are brave no one will question you. I you look scared or nervous everyone will not appreciate you.   Prompt Response:  I have always been curious about the origin of the universe. I have always wondered about the start of life. Like what it was like and how people lived back then. Also hoe people were made and what they did back then. I want to know how everything started and how the origin of the Earth was created.   Summary: Today in class we made our first paragraph about the claim we picked on Thursday. Reflection:  I learned the format of the first paragraph when talking about a claim.
