Write about something that you believed as a child.

 Prompt Response: Something I believed in as a child was Santa. I thought we was real for about 9 years of my life. I really did think that he would come to all of the houses and drop off all of my presents. It was not until 4th grade when I found out. I was up to go to the bathroom around 12:30 and I saw my dad and mom downstairs putting all of the presents down there. I don't think it really ruined my thought about Christmas. 

Summary: Today in class we took notes on arguments and we also did a google docs on vocabulary.

Reflection: I learned a bunch of new words from our vocabulary lesson.

  Prompt Response:  I have always been curious about the origin of the universe. I have always wondered about the start of life. Like what it was like and how people lived back then. Also hoe people were made and what they did back then. I want to know how everything started and how the origin of the Earth was created.   Summary: Today in class we made our first paragraph about the claim we picked on Thursday. Reflection:  I learned the format of the first paragraph when talking about a claim.

  Prompt Response:  Overall the poem poster i enjoyed the most was Angus's. I think his poem was smooth and it transitioned very well all together. His poem poster also had very good lines that rhymed and flowed all together. Also it was very funny the lines he used. I believe he should've won, but he didn't. L learned he also loves basketball because he made it about basketball.  Summary: Today in class we presented our poem posters and did a work sheet on vocabulary.  Reflection:  Today I learned new words and what they mean from our vocabulary work.
