You’ve been in American Literature for 4.5 weeks now. How has the class been going for you so far?

 Prompt Response:  Overall, it has been going good for me. I think I am understanding a lot of the poems we have done. I feel I'm in a good spot and doing well in the class. I am enjoying the class and enjoying the teacher. So overall I think I will have a good year in the class. 

Summary: In class today we talked about and read 2 more Emily Dickinson poems. 

Reflection:  Today I learned more about poems that are about death and we worked on our Emily Dickinson soundtrack.

I you look scared or nervous everyone will not appreciate you.   Prompt Response:  I have always been curious about the origin of the universe. I have always wondered about the start of life. Like what it was like and how people lived back then. Also hoe people were made and what they did back then. I want to know how everything started and how the origin of the Earth was created.   Summary: Today in class we made our first paragraph about the claim we picked on Thursday. Reflection:  I learned the format of the first paragraph when talking about a claim.
