If you were to compose a poem about one aspect of your life, which topic would it fall into and what would your overall life's message be?

 Prompt Response:  I would pick my creative mind. I would pick this because i am very creative and it will have a good theme. In the end it will be about the struggle then winning. This will show you need to struggle to start winning. This is a good representation of a poem for very creative people.  

Summary: Today in class we learned about more poems from Emily Dickinson, and we did an Illuminate. 

Reflection:  I learned about poems and how to do better analysis on poems.

  Prompt Response:  Overall the poem poster i enjoyed the most was Angus's. I think his poem was smooth and it transitioned very well all together. His poem poster also had very good lines that rhymed and flowed all together. Also it was very funny the lines he used. I believe he should've won, but he didn't. L learned he also loves basketball because he made it about basketball.  Summary: Today in class we presented our poem posters and did a work sheet on vocabulary.  Reflection:  Today I learned new words and what they mean from our vocabulary work.
